Privacy Policy

1. Information collected by the app

The app does not automatically transmit users’ names, email addresses, account information, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, location information, contacts, or usage history to us or to third-party analytics or advertising services. No account registration is required.

The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs. It does not request access to the microphone, camera, photo library, location, or contacts.

2. Information stored on your device

To provide its features and restore your settings, the app stores rhythm patterns, tempo, time signature, sounds, volume, Swing settings, preset names and categories, internal management IDs, creation and modification dates, current settings, training settings, count-in settings, display settings, and related information in the app’s local storage on your device.

Management IDs associated with presets and similar data are used to distinguish records; they are not IDs used to identify your account or device. The app does not automatically transmit this locally stored information to our servers.

Local data is updated when you change settings or delete items. You can delete user presets in the app. Deleting a preset does not necessarily delete current settings or files you previously exported. Depending on operating system settings, the app’s local data may also be included in device backups.

3. Presets, JSON files, and exported files

Preset import and export are initiated by you using the operating system’s file selection and saving features. You choose where files are saved or shared. If you choose a cloud service, that service may transfer or store the files outside your device. The app does not automatically upload files to a particular third-party service.

Exported JSON files may contain the selected preset’s settings, preset name, category name, management ID, pack name, export date, and related information. The app does not automatically add your name or email address. However, if you enter personal information in a preset name or other text field, that information may be included in the exported file. Please review the contents before sharing.

WAV and MIDI exports generate files from the app’s rhythm settings. These features do not record surrounding audio through the microphone.

Deleting a preset or uninstalling the app may not delete exported files, copies stored with other services, or operating system backups. Please manage those copies through their respective storage locations and services.

4. In-app purchases

Purchases and restoration of PRO features use Apple’s StoreKit. Apple processes purchasing and payment. The app handles product information and verified transaction information provided by Apple on your device to determine access to PRO features.

We do not obtain your Apple Account credentials, credit card numbers, or similar payment credentials through the app. The app does not send purchase information to our own servers or to third-party analytics services. 5. Apple services and external services

We use information provided by Apple through App Store Connect to understand app usage and sales. This does not mean that the app includes a separate analytics SDK that transmits usage information. Apple’s handling of analytics and diagnostic data is governed by Apple’s policies and your settings.

If you follow an external link in the app, your browser communicates with the relevant website. File storage services, sharing destinations, and email services you choose are governed by their own policies. The statement that the app does not automatically transmit data does not exclude communications or data handling performed by those services.

6. Data sharing

The app does not automatically provide locally stored presets, settings, or usage information to advertising or analytics companies. When you choose to share a file, its contents are provided to the people or services you select.

7. Website access information

When you visit this website, the web server may record information such as your IP address, access time, and browser details. This information is used to operate the website reliably, investigate technical issues, and protect security. We do not use it for advertising or to track individuals.

This does not mean that the app itself automatically collects user information.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you provide. This information is not sent automatically by the app. We retain it only for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and delete it once it is no longer needed. 9. Changes to this policy

If the app’s features or data-handling practices change, we will update this policy and publish the revised text on this page. We will also update our App Store privacy disclosures to reflect the app’s actual practices.
